INFORMAÇÃO AOS CLIENTES:
A Administração da Algarvelux Villages - Exploração Turística, SA (Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club), vem pela presente informar todos os clientes que foi alvo de uso abusivo dos seus dados, designadamente nome, marca, morada e dados fiscais, por um website de arrendamento de moradias para fins turísticos, que também utiliza a marca comercial de outra empresa do ramo, com vista à tentativa de burla de eventuais clientes.
Nesse sentido, já apresentamos queixa conjunta na Polícia Judiciária e ASAE, aguardando-se desenvolvimentos do processo.
Para evitar problemas futuros, solicitamos a todos os clientes que qualquer informação ou pedido que recebam, que não sejam pelos canais habituais, confirmem a sua veracidade junto dos nossos colaboradores.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
The Management of Algarvelux Villages – Exploração Turística, SA (Castro Marim Golf & Country Club), informs all its customers that its data has been misuse, including name, trademark, address and tax information, by a holiday rental website, which also uses the trademark of another company in the sector, in an attempt to fraud potential clients.
In this regard, we have already filed a joint complaint with the Criminal Police (PJ) and the Authority for Food and Economic Security (ASAE), awaiting developments in the process.
To avoid future problems, we ask all customers that any information or request that they receive, other than through our usual channels, please confirm their reliability with our members of staff.
