Pregnancy is not a reason to stop moving your body 🤍
If you’re healthy, staying active during pregnancy is not only safe—it’s highly beneficial. And if you’ve never trained before, you can still start gently.
Movement during pregnancy can help reduce risks like gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and preterm birth, while supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Aim for ~150 minutes of moderate movement weekly—walking, biking, hiking, mindful exercise & more. BUT remember even 10 minutes a day makes a difference.
Listen to your body. Modify when needed. Keep moving 🤍
