Baleal Surf Trainings is dedicated to train intrermediate and advanced surfers in small groups or in private sessions! My goal is quality! Not quantity!

Baleal Surf Trainings is focus on training itermediate and advanced surfers with video analysis and Apnea Trainnings for surfing to improve breath hold and confidence at the ocean! I have the level 2 of surfing from the portuguese surfing federation concluded at lusófona University and the underwater activities degree from the underwater Portuguese federation! I teach and train surfers that want t

o learn and improve in a fun way but focus on goals and objectives! I train also athletes and regular surfers to improve their overall performance at the ocean with surf apnea trainning in local pools! If you are not comfortable at the ocean this is for you! If you are comfortable but you want to improve your breath hold and confidence, this is also for you!!! If you want to have fun and your are not so focus on the trainnings this is NOT the place for you... If you are comited and focus and you really want to learn and improve...
