E foi desta forma que terminámos o Projeto Beach Fit, versão Altura 2018.

A equipa Beach Fit gostaria de agradecer a todos aqueles que se juntaram a nós, ao longo deste último mês, e nos mostraram a sua garra e energia.

Queremos também agradecer pelos vossos donativos, que foram a nossa motivação e nos mostraram que realmente esta foi uma boa iniciativa.

Esperamos que tenham gostado e que tenhamos contribuído positivamente não só para as vossas férias, mas também para a vossa saúde.

Não podemos para já prever o futuro mas, voltar em 2019 é a nossa vontade

Até lá, não deixem de fazer exercício!

And just like this we ended our Beach Fit Project, Altura 2018.

The Beach Fit Team would like to thank all those who joined us throughout this month and showed us all their energy and grit.

We would also like to thank you for all your donations. It was our motivation and the reason why we believe this was a great iniciative.

We hope you liked our training sessions and that we were a positive contribute not only to your vacations, but also to your health.

We can't predict the future but it's our wish to return in 2019.

Until then, do not stop exercising!

Última aula do Projeto Beach Fit 2018 - Amanhã dia 30 de Agosto, pelas 09.00h junto à torre dos Nadadores Salvadores na praia de Altura!

Esta será uma aula bem divertida e dinâmica sob o tema "A vida de um Nadador Salvador"!

Tomorrow is the last Beach Fit Project Class of 2018! It will start at 09.00h right next to the Lifeguard's Tower in Altura Beach.

This will be a fun and dynamic class under the theme "A Lifeguard's Life"!

Estes foram os bravos BeachFitters que não se importaram com o mau tempo e vieram à nossa última aula da tarde!

Alguns exercícios coordenativos, um pouco de CrossFit e Body Balance foram a receita deste treino!

A nossa próxima aula é na Quinta Feira, dia 30 de Agosto, pelas 09.00h. Esta será também a última aula do Projeto Beach Fit 2018.

Será uma aula bem dinâmica sob o tema "A vida de um Nadador Salvador"!

Estaremos à vossa espera, como sempre, mesmo ao lado da torre dos Nadadores Salvadores na praia de Altura!

These were the brave BeachFitters that trained with us on this last afternoon class, regardless of the bad weather!

Some coordination and a little bit of CrossFit and Body Balance were the recipe for a very successful training session!

Our next class will be on Thursday, August 30th, at 09.00h. This will also be the last class of the Beach Fit Project 2018.

it will be a very dynamic class under the theme "The life of a Lifeguard"!

Ontem o Beach Fit foi Viking! Uma aula diferente mas super divertida sob tutela do treinador Sueco Viktor Wahrenberg!

O final do nosso projeto em 2018 está a aproximar-se mas ainda teremos mais duas aulas!

A próxima será já amanhã, dia 27 de Agosto, pelas 20.00h!

Yesterday the Beach Fit Project went Viking! A different but super fun class under the direction of our Swedish Trainer Viktor Wahrenberg!

The end of our Project in 2018 is fast approaching but we will still host two more classes!

Next one will be tomorrow, August the 27th, at 20.00h.

O Beach Fit está de volta em força para a sua última semana!

Amanhã, sábado dia 25 de Agosto,apenas haverá a aula da manhã mas será uma aula diferente!

Contaremos com a presença de um Instrutor de Fitness Sueco e com uma temática especial para toda a aula! Uma temática Viking!

The Beach Fit Project is back in full throttle for it's last week in 2018!

Tomorrow, Saturday the 25th, we will only host the morning class at 09.00h right next to the lifehguard's tower in Altura Beach.

The class will be run by a Swedish Fitness Instructor and we will have a special theme! A Viking theme!

We will be waiting for you! It's going to be great!

This Saturday it was so much heat that the Beach fit Project took it to the waves of tha Atlantic Ocean!
