Hello everyone, I hope you are well!
According to the new GOV guidelines, Personal Training 1-to-1 is now allowed in outdoor spaces keeping a 2-metre distance.

I'm currently running sessions were I meet up clients at the park with some of my equipment, if you feel like using your equipment for this sessions I'm happy to make it work. I will be wearing a face mask and gloves and will provide hand sanitizer.

Currently we haven't got any other information regarding gym openings, as you can imagine it might take long time for this to happen.

Let me know if you are interested in getting back to the sessions, I'm happy to move to meet you and we can plan this sessions on days and times that work better for you.

Hey there, another day, another video.

This is my cardio morning routine. It is challenging and be prepared to sweat...a lot. I used some specific equipemnt (e.g. the bike and the pull-up bar) but the exercises can be adapted if you don't have them, enabling yoh to achieve the same results. DM me for more information.

Hey there, another day, another video.

Today we have lovely shoulder session.

Make sure you get to work those movements, controlling the muscles as much as you can *quality over quantity*. Take your time during these repetitions guys. Today's exercises require a good posture to get the most out of it.
In the superset you are doing the 3 exercises without any rest in between them.
You will keep the same weight, so get yourself familiar on that first set and adjust if required.

If it is too challenging let me know and I can give you more tips or variations.💪

There are many exercises that can be done, for more information DM me.

Workout:
4 sets each exercise
45 secs rest each exercise except the SS =SuperSet you will run those 3 exercises without any rest until you've completed, a longer break will be taken 1.30 min

1. Shoulder Peess
2. Upright Row
3. Frontal Raises
4. Lateral Raise
5. Rear Delt Fly
6. Shoulder Taps
