All you need to do is bring:
💃 The energy
🐶 Your partner, your friends, dogs and kids to join the fun
🥪 A picnic for after
🌊 Swimwear if you're going in the sea after

This is an amazing opportunity to come and be around some amazing people, exercise together, eat together, beach together and just feel good 😎

🌷 Spring is coming 🌷

Which means it’s time for a challenge!!

It’s been a long old winter right?! Here in Portugal too 💨☔

And motivation to get outside can be at an all time low…BUT Spring is coming and we can start counting down to longer, sunnier, warmer days 🥰

So the challenge: To complete a grand total of 250,000 steps throughout the whole of April!!I know that might sound a lot but that works out at an average of just over 8,000 steps per day.

So we're aiming to get ourselves active, get outdoors more, feeling good and improve our overall daily movement with some accountability, group support and a little friendly competition!

Today was the last Bootcamp of 2025 meaning that we are officially CLOSED for Christmas 🎄🎅🏻

I am beyond grateful for all of the support this year and the community we’re building 🥰 I love what I do and seeing our amazing ladies turn up and smash it every week is so so good 😍🔥

So now I’m going to spend the next 3 weeks planning out 2026 to make it the best year yet for healthi-HER and enjoy some quality down time with the family too ❤️

September is the PERFECT opportunity to hit the reset button on some of those bad habits that have crept in over the summer!

If your consistency has dropped, food habits are off and there has been zero structure to your exercise and you’re ready to prioritise yourself again and get back into that routine…
