Carlson Gracie Puerto Rico was founded by Luis “Luisinho” Santiago, and is located in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The academy specializes in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and provides training in personal self defense, sport jiu-jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts training. If you are interested in getting in great physical sh

ape while making lifelong friends, the Carlson Gracie PR Jiu-Jitsu Academy is for you. We welcome anyone who has the least interest in the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self Defense, Mixed Martial Arts or Submission Grappling, to come and test out a class. Whether you are a competitive athlete, student, working parent or a stay at home parent, we have the right training for you. We have a wide array of training partners. We have students who train to compete and we have students that train for fun. No matter what your taste we will accommodate your training needs. There is an atmosphere that creates a tight bond between our students here at the academy. This is the essence of our academy. This is what we believe makes an academy great. Our academy has many students that train under Prof. Luisinho in turn bringing a very deep pool of talent for new students to pull from. Our blue belts are just as willing to help you as our black belt. When it comes to learning nothing is held back from our students.
