Aggressive’s CrossFit program is here to make all of these things happen. Our program will cover all of these points and “wants” by operating over the 10 physical skills as described by Coach Glassman in his blueprint to elite fitness:

At Aggressive, you will achieve fitness gains across the board in all of these elements while having the time of your life in a great community based environment. Our classes have a 60-minute duration, where our coaches will guide the athlete through every portion of it. We begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up to get everything loosened up and ready to go. Then, we run a skills session, normally leading the group through progressions of the moves or lift that will be performed. This is usually followed up by a strength workout, lasting 10-20 minutes. From there, we go into the WOD (Workout of the Day) where the elements of cardio work, weightlifting, and gymnastics are combined in as many ways and formats as creativity will allow. Regardless of one’s current activity level, CrossFit has proven to produce results. Everything we do is fully scalable to ANYONE’S exercise capacity, age, or those recovering from injuries. Fitness needs are the same for everyone, as with it lies true health. So, the only difference in the fitness program of a mixed martial arts fighter and a housewife, is load and intensity. The end result is a leaner, stronger, more athletic YOU. Aggressive CrossFit is committed to making you fitter and healthier than ever!
