rs usually are between 16-70 years. It is an excellent training for university athletes as well as for those who have not trained in 20 years. High level CrossFit coaches are trained to train anyone and everyone, and can also work with individuals or athletes with disabilities and injuries. How are CrossFit classes? Our classes have a 60-minute duration, where our coaches will guide the athlete through every portion of it. We begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up/ Stretch and mobility to get everything loosened up and ready to go. Then, we run a skills session, normally leading the group through progressions of the moves or lifts that will be performed, followed up by a strength workout. From there, we go into the WOD (Workout of the Day) where the elements of cardio work, weightlifting, and gymnastics are combined in as many ways and formats as creativity will allow. About Us:
