Hello guys, here’s one of my favorite sequences: arm bar to rear triangle. Often times you wont be able to break your opponent’s grip. When this happens, one of my favorite options is switching to a rear triangle where I can finish with the strangle or any of the joint locks available. Give it a try! 👊🔥⛩️
