I've never felt like a part of a bigger community before, but thanks to events like this one I finally do and gotta say it's an amazing feeling!

We learn from our amazing teachers, but we also learn a lot from each other. We can talk, exchange our experiences, support and motivate each other and that's soo important in our work and in everyday life.

Center. Stomach. Powerhouse. Whatever you call it, there's no pilates class without your teacher saying "do it from your stomach!" 😜😂
But what does it really mean?

The more I practice the more I discover that it's not just one spot or one group of muscles. It's sth more deep, more multidimensional 🐚🐚🐚
It's a feeling. Feeling that gives you both strenght and lightness. It allows you to move with freedom 🦋💞🌊

So it can be a little different for everybody. And that's ok.
No matter how many beautiful words I will use to describe it, I can help you, guide you, but you have to do the work, listen to your body and find it by yourself.

That's the beauty of the center for me 💜

🇵🇱 Zauważyłam ostatnio, że jedną z najtrudniejszych rzeczy za równo w pilatesie, jak i w życiu jest moment, w którym musimy odpuścić 🧘‍♀️

Trening pilates wymaga siły, kontroli i precyzji, ale wszystko to nie zadziała jeśli czasami nie pozwolimy poprowadzić się sprężynie albo po prostu swojemu ciału.

Wiem z doświadczenia, że czasami pewne rzeczy przychodzą łatwiej, gdy znajdziemy odrobinę wiary w to, co robimy i zaufamy sobie 💞

🇺🇸 I've noticed that one of the most difficult things about pilates and life in general is the moment when you have to let go 🧘‍♀️

Pilates training requires strenght, control and precision but none of these will work if we keep fighting with the spring or with our body.

From my experience sometimes it's easier when you trust the work and trust yourself 💞
