It’s official 🤩 I am now a Level 3 Instructor of the Animal Flow system- the highest and final certification level.
This moment brings me immense joy, but also a lot of reflection.
Over the past three years, I’ve worked very intensively to achieve all certification levels, deeply understand the structure of Animal Flow, and explore my own movement capabilities. It required a huge amount of energy, time, and commitment- but every bit of it was worth it.
Animal Flow has changed my life- and there is no exaggeration in that statement.
It is a system that develops me not only physically, but also mentally, teaching patience, humility, and conscious movement. I do my best to share this beautiful practice with others and to grow together through movement.
By achieving Level 3, I am joining a very small group of instructors worldwide. I see this not only as an honor, but also as a form of trust and responsibility. Observing the true masters of this system reminds me how much there is still to learn- and that realization is deeply motivating.
For me, Level 3 is not the end of a journey, but the opening of a new chapter and an opportunity for even deeper work. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks:
