W związku z pytaniami kierowanych do Stowarzyszenia dot. imprezy UCSD w dn. 06-08.08.21 w Ustce informujemy po raz kolejny, iż z powodu braku współpracy z organizatorem regat,
nie bedą one uznane i zaliczane do punktacji rocznej PHCA. Organizator nie zastosował się m.in. do naszych uwag i miedzynarodowych przepisów Klasy Hobie Cat i nie zamieścił stosownych zapisów i informacji w ZoR. Poniżej tekst zapisów EHCA i World Sailing dot. rozgrywania regat klasowych, które PHCA jest zobowiąne respektować . O naszym sztanowisku powiadomilismy EHCA i inne narodowe Stowarzyszenia.

Class Rules
26. MEMBERSHIP
All crew members on board a competing boat at Class world and regional* championships shall be members in good standing of the International Hobie Class Association in accordance with the constitution of the International Hobie Class Association. At all other events at least one crew member on board a competing boat shall be a member of the International Hobie Class Association in accordance with the constitution of the International Hobie Class Association unless prescribed otherwise in notice of race.
* Regional championships are defined as IHCA Regional Championships e.g. North American Championships, European Championships etc.
2. The EHCA Constitution Bylaw:
Bylaw 19 of the onstitution says:
Membership requirements at national championships. At the EHCA Annual General Meeting in Toulon, March 6, 2010, it was decided: National Associations within the EHCA area of jurisdiction have to ensure the Notice of Race for their national Hobie Class championships is prescribing all crewmembers on board a competing boat to be members in good standing of the national Hobie Class association in line with the definitions laid down in constitution of the EHCA.
World Sailing Regulation 10.5
(e) not permit the organizers to amend, suspend or override the Class Rules in the notice of race or sailing instructions for Class events without the prior approval of World Sailing, a Class event being an event initiated and controlled by the Class/Owners Association without any alteration to the Class Rules;
(g) use its best efforts to ensure that the national association is affiliated to the relevant National Authority. Class/owners associations must:
(i) require that the boat owners) and/or the sailors), as prescribed by the relevant Class Rules, shall be members of their relevant national class association, if any, before racing
