What a year it has been.

So many lessons. So many blessings, so many dreams came true.

One of my many dreams was to jump off a cliff, thankfully I had an opportunity to kind of do that, but in a more controlled and safe environment 😂
It wasn’t exactly what I expected, because when I hit the water, the pressure pushed my arm and I punched myself in a face 😂😭 bruh, I think Im good with any extreme sports, at least for now 😵‍💫

On another note, miracles after miracles, but the testimony could never happen without a test.

Tests are dealt with in private, but a testimony of Gods goodness should be shouted from the mountaintop 🗣️

Many of my plans and hopes didn’t come to fruition, but Gods plan was better.

Get right with God, the new beginning is one step closer. HALLELUJAH!

Beautiful Day to pick up the keys to my store 🥳
Officially a franchise owner 🔑👩🏻‍💼

Excited and terrified.
Never in a million years I would think I would get out of mommy sweats and in an office, or even more, become so called “boss”, yet here I am.

Never thought I would move back to Poland, yet here I am.

In the past 3 months I’ve been in Poland my life has progressed more than in the past 5 years in Canada.

It’s almost as if God was saying, “this was the plan all along”.

This was definitely not my plan.
This is completely out of my comfort zone.
It’s a jump into the deep end of the ocean, but thank God I know how to swim and thank God Jesus will be with me right in the middle through and through 🙏🏻

God has stretched me thin in the past month, doing a 3 week job training all while handling all the government paperwork, emails, calls, offices drives and million headaches to get everything done all while moving to a new home.
It was brutal.

But..

Whatever this journey brings, I’m ready.

Let the adventure begin.

Dedication Day ✝️

Most special day of all, dedicating our precious children to the Lord 🙏🏻
The way that the Lord has blessed us with the most amazing children, it is only right that we give them away back to Him, because there is no better, safer and secured place that in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
It’s an honour and privilege to be able to serve our good Lord, to call him our Father and being a living testimony of his goodness and grace.

I want to give my children everything I never had growing up, but that everything is not found in material things or any type of earthly riches, that everything is found in Jesus Christ.

My life has forever been transformed, and is being transformed daily, ever since I gave my life to God.

There would be no greater joy, than to knowing, my children know, love and follow Jesus. There would be no greater reward than to see your legacy continue. There would be no greater gain, than to see your children gain eternity in Heaven.

I am eternally grateful to our Pastor for being such an amazing mentor, shepherd, faithful servant and spiritual father we could ever ask for.
Your wisdom, knowledge and example has been one of the greatest blessings in our family’s life.

It is truly rare to find biblically sound churches and leaders in today’s society, especially in the West, but we have been lucky to stumble upon a church full of Holy Spirit filled believers who are on fire for the Lord, with a leader who has stayed faithful through so many trials and tribulations and tests and remained steadfast. The anointing is powerful, the fruits manifest daily.

We are blessed to call CFM home. We are blessed to call Pastor David our Leader.

I pray for everyone reading this to find a church that has the Holy Ghost dwelling in it. And if you can’t, come get filled at CFM ❤️

I used to struggle getting enough protein in my diet, now I have to be careful to not eat too much 🤌🏼

Prioritizing protein has been a game changer for my weight loss, my energy levels and overall strength.

This is not an everyday set up, but I’ve learned how to keep my protein up regardless of if it comes from processed foods, whole foods or a mix of both.

I’m planning to start tracking all of my macros to see how much I’ve been consuming of each and how I can tweak it to maximize my results.

Tracking your kcal can be a great tool, but I don’t believe in it being a sustainable solution for long term, neither it is enjoyable in any way and can sometimes cause eating disorders, so knowing your body, tracking things like mood, strength, energy, weight or inches can be much better long term solution to achieving your fitness goals.

But again, everyone is different and it’s all about finding what works for you through trial and error and if something makes you miserable and only takes away instead of give, pivot.

Eating high protein diet definitely has helped me produce an overflow of milk so I never have to worry if my baby has enough food!
So for all breastfeeding mamas out there- eat your protein! 🤌🏼
