Zian Kiteboarding starts its own production facility in Sri Lanka.
Negombo, Sri Lanka; Velumtec proudly announces the opening of a new kite factory in Sri Lanka. Our goal is simple: Using high quality materials, combining it with a lot of years of kite producing experience and selling it for one of the most competitive prices on the market.
ABOUT US:
Zian Kiteboarding will change the way you look at the kitesurfing industry. The people behind Zian like Robert Berends (CEO) are kitesurf addicts and kite industry veterans. We live on the water, we push us to the limits of the sport... but we don’t want to be stopped by expensive gear and we don’t want to pay for huge advertisement campaigns and marketing departments anymore!
That’s why we founded Zian Kiteboarding.
ABOUT THE FACTORY:
Zian kiteboarding with its holding company Velumtec proudly inaugurated its own production facility in Sri Lanka at December 1st 2014. Zian Kites are produced on a 1000 sqm surface by 55 workers under European leadership. Only first class materials are used to create a new Zian kite. Our kites are constructed to last even in the toughest conditions.
ABOUT OUR NEW WAY OF TRANSPARENCY:
Zian kiteboarding is the first brand which enable's customers to visit the production facility. Contact us to get a tour in our factory in Negombo/Sri Lanka and see with your own eye's how a kite gets produced.
