🔥 TACTICS OF THE WEEK | 31.08–06.09
🤾♂️ Position switch between the left/right back and the centre back – “SZYJA”
This week, we present another tactical solution based on dynamic 1-on-1 play by the backcourt player, followed by a position switch with the centre back.
🎯 Objective: to exploit the defenders’ movement following the 1-on-1 action and attack the space created between the outside defender and the second defender.
👀 Pay attention to the pivot:
The positioning of the backcourt players is not the only important element. Observe where the pivot is positioned and what movement she makes throughout the action. Her movement plays an important role in creating the space that the attacking player can exploit.

🤾♂️ Zmiana miejsc pomiędzy boczną a środkową rozgrywającą – „SZYJA”
W tym tygodniu kolejne rozwiązanie taktyczne oparte na dynamicznej grze 1×1 bocznej rozgrywającej, po której następuje zmiana miejsc ze środkową rozgrywającą.
🎯 Cel działania: wykorzystanie ruchu obrońców po grze 1×1 i zaatakowanie wytworzonej przestrzeni pomiędzy ostatnim a drugim obrońcą.
👀 Zwróć uwagę na obrotową:
Kluczowe jest nie tylko ustawienie zawodniczek rozgrywających. Obserwuj, gdzie ustawiona jest obrotowa oraz jaki ruch wykonuje w trakcie całej akcji. Jej zachowanie ma znaczenie dla przestrzeni, którą może wykorzystać atakująca.
