When I told Roy that I was organizing TKDMeetUp – a workshops focused not only on Taekwon-Do training 🥋, but also on developing key life skills in the areas of mind and emotions 🧠, he immediately said:
“I’ll come and help you.” 🙌

And he did… and not only helped, but has been co-creating this event since the very first edition, bringing his positive energy 🔥 and charisma ✨, which many of you had a chance to experience at the ITF Radix seminar in Poland 🇵🇱, attended by over a hundred people!

Roy is truly a remarkable person – open, kind 🤝, and at the same time incredibly experienced in Taekwon-Do, as well as other martial arts like Hapkido and BJJ 🥋🥋.

His idea of “Junbi Spirit” , which he shares at TKDMeetUp, beautifully aligns with the purpose of our event – bringing the philosophy of Taekwon-Do into everyday life ⛩.

Our collaboration keeps growing, and I can’t wait for the September sessions with Roy 📆💪.

In a month, Sabum Roy Rolstad, co-creator of the ITF Radix Project, will be coming to Poland 🇵🇱 The goal of the project is to explore the roots of the techniques used in Taekwon-Do patterns and to uncover their alternative and/or original applications.

I have personally participated in ITF Radix seminars and presentations multiple times, and each time Sabum Roy unveiled the vast possibilities hidden within the frequently practiced movements from patterns.

Serdecznie zapraszam na wyjątkowe seminarium ITF Radix z Sabumem Royem Rolstadem z Norwegii! ITF Radix Seminar

ITF Radix to projekt, rozwijany przez Mistrza Roberta Boera oraz Roya, który pokazuje bogactwo zastosowań technik znanych z układów Taekwon-Do.

Na każdym kolejnym treningu z Royem byłem coraz bardziej zaskoczony, jak dużo mogę czerpać do realnej walki i samoobrony z technik, które trenuję od lat.

Od pierwszego spotkania wiedziałem, że chcę się tym podzielić z jak najszerszym gronem instruktorów i osób trenujących.

Witam serdecznie wszystkich! 🌟
Zapraszam do zobaczenia filmu z wrażeniami kilku uczestników warsztatów TKDMeetUp - Experience The DO. To naprawdę było coś niesamowitego i jeśli ktoś bierze pod uwagę przyjazd w tym roku i jeszcze się waha, to ja zapewniam w 100%, że nie będzie żałował przyjazdu. Pod wieloma względami będzie to nietuzinkowe spotkanie. 💪

Nie ma takiego drugiego miejsca na świecie, nie ma drugiej tak pięknej sztuki walki, jak nasze Taekwon-Do. Wyjątkowi ludzie podzielą się sprawdzonymi metodami treningu ciała i umysłu. 🥋

Towarzystwo dojrzałych mężczyzn, którzy wspólnie trenują, uczą się, dzielą się wyzwaniami, tworzy tak niesamowitą atmosferę, że każdy bardzo szybko czuje się, jak wśród najlepszych przyjaciół. Życzliwość, uśmiech i wsparcie są na porządku dziennym. 😊

Chciałbym, żeby jak najwięcej osób mogło doświadczyć tego wszystkiego z nami. Będę bardzo wdzięczny za udostępnienie tego posta - nigdy nie wiadomo komu i jak takie wsparcie może pomóc. 🙏

Niektórzy mężczyźni swoje dramaty przeżywają w ciszy, a trzy dni zdrowej aktywności w bezpiecznej przestrzeni wsparcia może wiele dla nich zmienić.
