Miniony rok był dla mnie trudnym czasem Pilatesowym, ale patrząc z uważnoscią przed siebie zaczynam nowy rozdział z dobrymi ludźmi i z jeszcze większą pasją. Przede mną kolejne szkolenia i wyjazdy ;)

Last year was a difficult time for me in terms of Pilates, but looking forward with mindfulness, I start a new chapter with good people and even more passion. More training and travel ahead of me ;)

This journey has been transformative, and I’m so grateful for the support from my incredible teachers, Marian and Miguel. From online sessions to in-person classes whenever I’m in Barcelona, your guidance has been invaluable. I’ve learned so much about both the discipline and myself through this course, and I’m beyond excited to bring this knowledge into my practice.
