To increase the professional activation of 60 third-country nationals (45 women, 15 men) through the identification of career development paths, support in soft skills development, recognition / enhancement / acquisition of new skills, competences, and qualifications, as well as gaining new professional experience, language support, and adaptation assistance.
As a result, at least 48 project participants will obtain qualifications upon completing the program, and 25 participants will take up employment after completing the program within the period from January 2025 to April 2026.
Project Outcomes and Results:

👉Number of people who obtained qualifications after completing the program – 48 (40 women, 8 men)
👉Number of persons with disabilities supported in the program – 1 (1 woman, 0 men)

Reimbursement of travel costs for participants residing outside the city where the training activities will take place.

👉Individual diagnosis of participants’ needs (60 participants × 4h)
👉Psychological support (60 participants × 6h)
👉Workshops on navigating the Polish labour market (50 participants × 24h) – group sessions
👉Polish language course for foreigners (18 participants × 30h)
👉Green transformation training (24 participants × 16h)
👉Vocational training for migrants (60 participants × 100h)
👉Job placement services (60 participants × 8h)
👉Internships (20 participants × 3 months)
