First Hyrox boxed off for ✅

Im not only very impressed but so proud of Faye for this one, her performance, resilience and work rate are unmatched.

Our target today was to hit the 1hr:30 mark - Faye smashed it today in a time of 1:24:44, absolutely incredible work ethic, grit and determination.

Well done champ, hella proud of you.

The progress since Tom competed for the first time taking 2nd place!

Key things to consider here, keep a close eye on body composition (not getting too soft) during an improvement phase is ESSENTIAL! Sleep, digestion, bowel movement, stress management… there are all bio markers we manage and keep close tabs on for optimal progress.

It’s safe to say Tom has eaten his past self 😬 mini cut coming up soon for appetite reset and a bit more confidence for his holiday away!

I want to thank every single client who has worked with me this year, not just this year but for the last 10 years, it truly means the world to me when the coaching market is absolutely saturated.

Darren’s first year ever competing and he’s done some of the biggest amateur body building shows there is.

Darren’s handled this prep like he’s been doing this for 10 years, and we’ve brought a better look every show keeping the body as responsive as possible albeit being tired and fatigued, you did it bro! Im proud of you.

Plans are sent over for the reverse, we now improve where we need to improve - the work starts now.

What a season big D has had, bearing in mind this his first season as a competitor, I couldn’t be any more proud

Masters MP 1 🥇🥈🥈, 5th at pca universe and no placing at the pca British finals to say you’ve completed at this level on your first season is absolutely amazing! We came in 2kg lighter than the 2bros regional two weeks ago bringing Darren’s best look to date.

we know what we need to progress in the category, we need more size, and that’s what we’re bring next season.

Next stop, Poland and PCA worlds! Let’s finish this strong bro.
