It is with great regret that we announce the official cancellation of Polish Open 2026.
The decision has been made due to an insufficient number of registered players, which does not allow us to organize the event in the originally planned format.
We were aware that holding the tournament during a busy summer period, between other FMJD World Cup events and at the beginning of the school year, would make achieving the required attendance particularly challenging.
We would like to thank all players who registered for the tournament and supported the preparations for the event.
We sincerely hope that future initiatives to organize international FMJD World Cup tournaments in Poland will be successful and that we will once again have the opportunity to welcome players from around the world.
We hope to see you at future draughts events.
