One thing I always try to drill into my clients is to think of their older selves👵🧓…no one wants to look back and realise they’ve spent a lifetime yo-yo dieting and feeling like a failure each time they can’t abide to their restrictive lifestyles❌.
I concentrate on teaching my clients how to change their behaviours and habits around food so they get lifelong results.
✨She has gone above and beyond to change her eating habits
✨She checks in every single week and communicates where she is having difficulties
✨She takes everything on board and try’s her best for herself each week
