As part of the Booster Concordia Design Accelerator program, co-funded by the European Union, our virtual development assistant – Spacy AI – has reached the next level.

Until now, it supported users mainly through text chat. Now we’re introducing a new functionality – Voice AI, which makes it possible to access its knowledge and tools in an even more natural way. You can talk, listen, and engage in a voice dialogue – just like in a conversation with an expert.

🌿 What will the future of leadership look like? We explored this question during a special event we had the pleasure of organizing together with our strategic partner, Experiential Learning HUB.

In the inspiring setting of Villa Poranek, we discussed the role of artificial intelligence in leadership development and in enhancing decision-making processes.

The event turned out to be more than just a conversation about technology. It was a discussion about the future of leadership – about how ELH’s global expertise combines with Space to Grow’s technology to create solutions that truly support managers, both locally and internationally.

Krakow - it was beautiful, inspiring and.... very concrete. Another Space to Grow breakfast behind us, this time at Google's Krakow headquarters. Thank you to everyone who was with us, your presence and involvement build a space where you really want to talk about the future of work.

We talked about how to combine AI and humans in developing leaders. How HR can use technology wisely without losing the sense and attentiveness to people. How to gain influence and effectiveness in a world full of change and uncertainty.
