Sidemount / Backmount Workshops + Diving in One of the Most Beautiful Regions of Italy
🌊 Have you ever been to Salento? Have you dived here?
It’s the southernmost part of Apulia – sunny, peaceful, with turquoise waters and charming white villages. October is the perfect time to visit Salento:
– no tourist crowds,
– lower prices,
– summer-like weather,
– warm and clear water.
And when you combine that with diving workshops led by an SSI XR Instructor Trainer, you’ve got the perfect diving getaway!
📅 Dates:
October 1–7, 2025
🔧 3 days of workshops from shore – gear configuration, skills, techniques, and safety procedures (6 dives total)
⛵ + optional boat dives (depending on sea conditions – arranged on-site with the dive center)
– cost of boat dive: approx. 40 euros
🧭 Want more than just workshops?
I can arrive earlier or stay longer to offer full training courses (e.g., Sidemount, Extended Range, etc.) for those interested. The schedule will be customized to your needs.
💶 Workshop package price:
– 260 euros / 6 dives
– + 5 euros per tank (depending on usage and configuration)
These workshops are open to both Sidemount and Backmount divers. We’ll focus on:
equipment setup and adjustment,
trim and buoyancy,
finning techniques (frog kick forward/backward, helicopter turn),
safety procedures,
DSMB deployment,
and more core skills.

🌊 Siete mai stati nel Salento? Avete mai immerso qui?
È la parte più a sud della Puglia – soleggiata, tranquilla, con un mare turchese e pittoreschi paesini bianchi. Ottobre è il periodo perfetto per una vacanza nel Salento:
– niente più f***e di turisti,
– prezzi più bassi,
– clima ancora estivo,
– acqua calda e cristallina.
E se a tutto questo aggiungiamo dei workshop di immersione guidati da un Instructor Trainer SSI XR, il risultato è un’esperienza indimenticabile!

🔧 3 giorni di workshop da riva – configurazione, abilità, tecniche e procedure (6 immersioni totali)
⛵ + immersioni opzionali da barca (condizioni meteo permettendo – da concordare con il diving)

🧭 Per chi è interessato:
È possibile arrivare prima o restare più a lungo, per chi volesse svolgere corsi completi di immersione (es. Sidemount, Extended Range, ecc.) – non solo workshop. Il programma verrà adattato alle vostre esigenze.

– + 5 euro per bombola (a seconda del consumo e del tipo di configurazione)
I workshop sono rivolti sia ai subacquei in configurazione Sidemount che Backmount. Lavoreremo su:
• configurazione dell’attrezzatura,
• trim e assetto,
• tecniche di nuoto (frog kick avanti/indietro, helicopter turn),
• procedure di sicurezza,
• lancio del pedagno,
• e altre abilità fondamentali.
