A year ago me good friend Seth Deter achieved something remarkable, in the heart of LA, the mecca of cinemas. A lot of heart, a suuuuuper small budget, and patience/trust.

We never expected to win; we just wanted to put our story out there. But having our family by our side, supporting us without even knowing if we’d take home an award, made it unforgettable. It just goes to show that trust, integrity, and love go a long way. It’s been an absolute honor.

Once again, huge thanks to the supporting cast!

Purpose through service.

This was the last Wim Hof Method Winter Expedition in Poland. It was an honor to be selected to lead the expedition with .

Navigating through the noise is a challenge but service brings you back to center; focused.

This life is so fragile and passes you by in a blink. Enjoy. Do what you love. Lift each other up. Take a chance. Fail. Keep trying. Cry. Scream. Be vulnerable. Feel.

Some things are better left unexplained and left to be felt.

Was a pleasure to connect with you all.
Choose love not fear.

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've been on and active. For the last few months I've been away somewhere remote on an island working on some side projects and exploring dormant parts of myself.

I'm excited to announce that I am alive and en route to Karpacz, Poland to lead another Winter Expedition with Wim Hof himself. This will be the last expedition in Poland with Wim. It's an honor and great pleasure to have been selected amongst 1000 instructors to do so.

I'm deeply excited to educate, empower, and inspire people from all around the world with the Wim Hof Method. Keeping it simple, yet extremely effective - happiness, strength, and health.

Looking forward to working with bringing forth knowledge, charisma, safety and professionalism.

The Wim Hof Method method is one of the most potent tools, philosophies and lifestyles I’ve encounter thus far.

Say what you will but this helped millions of people globally and popularized breathwork and ice baths.

It’s opened my creativity and made me more playful. So playful I decided to put an icebath IN the sea 😎.

If you can visualize it and have the courage to speak & express it, it will happen.

Some call it manifestation, some call it the law of attraction, some call it confirmation bias, some call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Whatever you call it, give it a try. Use this ‘thing’ we call consciousness.

However, remember you must take ACTION.

Regardless of what you believe, taking action based on your intentions is essential for success—visualizing alone isn’t enough. You need to actively pursue what you want.

Happy Birthday to me. Grateful to consciously rise again today. I went into my birthday with a stomach as empty as a hollow cave and a heart as full as the moon—fasted for 36 hours, mindful, introspective, and empowered.

The unexplainable synchronicities and mysticism I have experienced by choosing love over fear have an undeniable track record in my life: countries, career path, partners, family, friendships, and self.
🎈
In the past, I chose fear. I was a victim to myself, perpetuating anxiety and depression, outsourcing it all. I share this with you because it is a tool to be sharpened, worked on, and crafted. Granted, our life templates and foundations all vary, but nonetheless, one thing unites us all: love and the ability to choose love.

I blew out the candles this morning with the intention to continuously choose love. It all starts with you. In the same light that you chose to read this, you can choose love. We have a present; it's waiting to be opened, like a child on Christmas morning.

It's time to come back home... to love.
