Rafał Czapla z Wadowic oraz Dawid Smolbik z Janowa Podlaskiego to doświadczeni instruktorzy sportów walki i samoobrony, od lat związani z Karate, Taekwon-do oraz nowoczesnymi systemami walki defensywnej. Obaj są oficjalnymi przedstawicielami Mastro Defence System Polska i aktywnie rozwijają struktury MDS w kraju.
Rafał Czapla to instruktor MDS level 3 oraz posiadacz stopnia 6 Dan Seido Karate. Ze sztukami walki związany jest od ponad 40 lat, a działalność instruktorską prowadzi od ponad trzech dekad. Jest glównym trenerem w Shiro Sagi Dojo - Myślenice i Shiro Sagi Dojo Wadowice. Organizuje szkolenia i warsztaty dla cywilów, firm ochroniarskich oraz służb mundurowych. Brał udział w licznych seminariach i stażach prowadzonych przez Freda Mastro w Polsce i za granicą, współtworząc rozwój MDS od początku obecności systemu w Polsce. Jest również organizatorem międzynarodowych warsztatów Mastro Defence System w MDS Myślenice i MDS Wadowice.
Dawid Smolbik to instruktor MDS level 3 oraz posiadacz stopnia IV Dan Taekwon-Do Polska . Od wielu lat prowadzi szkolenia z samoobrony dla dzieci, młodzieży, dorosłych i klas mundurowych. Jest głównym trenerem w Mastro Defence System Janów Podlaski oraz UKS Hwa-Rang Janów Podlaski. Uczestniczył w międzynarodowych kursach i stażach instruktorskich MDS, zdobywając kwalifikacje podczas pierwszego w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej kursu instruktorskiego Mastro Defence System. Współpracuje również przy szkoleniach dla służb mundurowych i warsztatach realnej samoobrony. Jest nauczycielem akademickim na AWF Biała Podlaska .
Obaj są doskonałym przykładem współpracy, zaangażowania i profesjonalizmu w tworzeniu oraz rozwijaniu Mastro Defence System w Polsce. Jako pierwsi w kraju, ukończyli szkolenie instruktorskie MDS level 3. Dzięki wspólnej pasji, doświadczeniu oraz konsekwentnej pracy przyczyniają się do popularyzacji nowoczesnej samoobrony i budowania silnej społeczności MDS.

Rafał Czapla from Wadowice and Dawid Smolbik from Janów Podlaski are experienced martial arts and self-defense instructors who have been involved for many years in Karate, Taekwon-do, and modern defensive combat systems. Both are official representatives of Mastro Defence System Poland and are actively developing MDS structures throughout the country.
Rafał Czapla is an MDS Level 3 instructor and holds a 6th Dan degree in Seido Karate. He has been involved in martial arts for over 40 years and has been working as an instructor for more than three decades. He is the head coach at Shiro Sagi Dojo Myslenice and Wadowice. He organizes training courses and workshops for civilians, security companies, and uniformed services. He has participated in numerous seminars and training camps conducted by Fred Mastro in Poland and abroad, contributing to the development of MDS since the system’s introduction to Poland. He is also the organizer of international MDS workshops in MDS Wadowice and MDS Myślenice.
Dawid Smolbik is an MDS Level 3 instructor and holds a 4th Dan degree in ITF Taekwon-do. For many years, he has conducted self-defense training for children, teenagers, adults, and uniformed classes. He is the head coach of MDS Janów Podlaski and UKS Hwa-Rang Janów Podlaski. He participated in international MDS instructor courses and training camps, earning his qualifications during the first Mastro Defence System instructor course in Central and Eastern Europe. He also collaborates in training programs for uniformed services and real-world self-defense workshops.
Both are excellent examples of cooperation, commitment, and professionalism in the creation and development of Mastro Defence System in Poland. As the first individuals in the country, they completed the MDS Level 3 instructor training. Through their shared passion, experience, and consistent work, they contribute to the promotion of modern self-defense and the building of a strong MDS community.
