update: improving my health and effectiveness for trading. below my routine, which will change over time. but maybe I can help some people improve their overall health and sharpness. why? PHYSICAL HEALTH = MENTAL HEALTH AND VICE VERSA. lets start.
✅ Daily/Circadian Rhythm: going to sleep around 10pm, waking up around 5am.
✅ Breathwork: atm doing the Wim Hof Method.
✅ Fasting every Monday, so no calories, only water and tea/black coffee, im doing this to reset for the new week and my body has time to detox.
✅ Breakfast: 5 eggs, 3-5 times per week to get all the amino acids right in the morning, also to avoid unnecessary carbs in the morning.
✅ black/green/white tea or low caffeine black coffee to have some chill moments for relaxing and reflecting (to be conscious)
✅ workout at least 4 times per week for around an hour - no specific workout routine (I dont really need that anymore, im doing what I feel is lacking or what needs movement for the blood flow)
✅Grounding: walking barefoot on grass, sand etc. to discharge (if you dont believe just search for the science yourself)
✅ Hot/Cold Shower: first half go hot and relax, then slowly switch to all the way cold and stay there for a few minutes trying to calm down your breath.
✅ Supplements: Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamine D, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Creatine (just for the workouts, no mental health benefits here) and Melatonin right before sleep.
✅ Learning about stoicism and psychology, it will help to control and respond to your emotions (but every other point here also helps)
✅ Last but not least: Have fun and stop collecting negative energy from others or media sources. Be mindful what you think and do, you should be your own master.
✅ PS. Listen to positive music more, listening to music is similar to meditating.
