Happy Monday! Take some time this week to be outside and download the sun, even if it means taking your laptop outside and working from there. Make the most of wfh, remotely or just taking your lunch break outside! 😁

Being out in the natural light helps you regulate your body's internal clock, lowers inflammation and improves your focus.
👟 Getting some movement outside is best but sometimes all we can squeeze in is just sitting outside with our 💻 and that's much better than staying indoors for the whole day (or week) 👌
