Off-ice practice is a crucial foundation of our preparation for the upcoming season. Every heavy session at the gym builds the strength, stamina, and precision we need to deliver our best on the ice. Team Ice Fire Senior & Ice Fire Sys 9 is putting in the hard work now to make every second of our programs count.

A huge thank you to our sponsor Grupa GPEC, for supporting Teams Ice Fire every step of the way!
