Lau Gar Kung Fu Poland Lau Gar kung fu is one of the five main traditonal Southern Shaolin families. This system of kung fu is classified as hard, external and short range.

It is based on movements from the five shaolin animals; Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Crane and snake.
