As 2025 comes to an end, we’re not just looking back. We’re celebrating what our sheFit community achieved this year.
Our community burned 56.9 million calories, completed around 90,000+ workouts, and showed up for over 19 million minutes of movement. Not chasing quick fixes but building strength, wellness, and consistency every day.
Across studios evolved with purpose, Strength & Conditioning and Reformer Pilates, already rising globally, became a cornerstone of SheFit, keeping women aligned with international trends in fitness and movement.
This was a year of growth in our studio.A year where women’s fitness, functional training, and mindful movement became intentional, empowered, and forward-looking.
