2-Day Professional Athlete Development Workshop by Kashmir Development Foundation (www.kdfajk.org) for Diamond Sports Academy

The Kashmir Development Foundation (KDF) is pleased to announce an exclusive 2-day workshop dedicated to enhancing the skills and performance of athletes associated with the Diamond Sports Academy. This event is part of KDF's ongoing commitment to fostering sports excellence and professional athlete development in the region.

The workshop will be held on 26-27 June 2024 at Tarar Khel, AJK, with morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and evening sessions from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The sessions will be led by Dr. Saad Zakir, a renowned expert in sports medicine, who will cover a range of critical topics including professional athlete development, sports injuries and their management, sport-specific conditioning, and the biomechanics of sports.

Attendees will benefit from comprehensive strategies to optimize athletic performance, techniques for maintaining peak performance levels, and preventative measures for sports injuries. Additionally, the workshop will provide tailored conditioning programs, methods for assessing and improving key physical attributes, and practical exercises to enhance agility, speed, power, endurance, and strength.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity for athletes, coaches, and sports professionals to gain insights from a leading expert, learn practical strategies, engage in interactive sessions, and network with peers in the field.
