A Call to Restore the Spirit of Terbela Golf Club

On my recent visit to Tarbela Golf Club, I was truly disheartened to witness the lack of care in maintaining the fairways and greens — even at the most basic level. The only person actively living and working there shared a hopeful thought: that one day, a golf-loving chief officer would step in to revive this beautiful course.

Through this post, I urge the Pakistan Golf Federation (PGF) and relevant authorities to take notice. This club has immense potential and only needs a spark of attention and support. I am willing to contribute my experience and expertise, if needed.

Even a small tournament could bring back energy and attention, inviting players from across the country and reigniting interest in this historical venue. Let’s act before this peaceful golf sanctuary turns into yet another housing scheme.

Let’s not lose this gem. Let’s revive Terbela Golf Club.

Academic buildings raised in a just a couple of years along with about 26 programs offered is a history made by Pak Austria Fachhochschule. The picture is few months old and the campus is greener and fresher now.
