THE NIGHTM*RE of 2019 WORLD CUP 💔

, 6 Years ago on 31st May 2019, Pakistan started their 2019 World Cup Campaign in a Catastrophic way and were Hammered by West Indies in the opening match by 7 wkts. The ( -5 ) run rate after the 1st Match was such Lethal that it destroyed our Chances of Qualifying for the Semis despite playing so well in the Later stages.

Yes we were Unlucky coz the same West Indies team won just one more game in the whole world cup that too against Afghanistan. Our match against SL was washed out. Finch’s last second review. Carlos Brathwaite’s dismissal with just 6 needed, but we had to blame ourselves too.

We had one of the Strongest Squads in 2019. Genius Leader SARFARAZ, PEAK BABAR, IMAM, FAKHAR, HAFEEZ, HARIS SOHAIL, AMIR, SHAHEEN, IMAD, SHADAB. Everyone was Young, Energetic, and in their Peak. However, we did the same mistake which we are doing now. FAILURE to CHOOSE our BEST XI 😓

We Kept on Playing the out of form MALIK and HASAN ALI while HARIS SOHAIL and SHAHEEN were warming the bench. When we realised our Mistake, it was already All Over for us even after winning FOUR Consecutive Matches 💔

Imagine we had played this Playing XI against Australia and India too 😓

This team won 4 consecutive matches at the end. Full form and Rhythm pakar chuke te last match tak. Batsmen runs kar rahe te. Bowlers wkts le rahe te. per WI wale match and SL wale washout ne tabah kar dia hame 😓💔

Pakistan defeated both the Finalists of 2019 WC in Group matches 🥹

Overall, we won 5, lost just 3 and 1 NR which is not a Bad Performance by any means. Infact before the WC we all had thought that we will have tough time against AUS, IND, and ENG but as we always do. We lost against a Team (WI) which we were definitely not expecting coz we thrashed them in the Bilaterals before that. We also thought England will smash us coz they hammered us in the Home Series before the WC but we Beat them in the WC 🥹

Trust me ham jis tara Rhythm me te tu SF me India ko zaror hara dete. People remember 2011 but this 2019 WC was our Great Opportunity with the Kind of Players that we had 😓💔😭

گجرات سے تعلق رکھنے والا عثمان ڈار اپنے تین دوستوں کے ساتھ سیر و تفریح کے لیے شمالی علاقہ جات کی طرف روانہ ہوئے تھے مگر ان کا آخری سراغ سکردو روڈ پر واقع مقام "سسی" میں ایک سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کی صورت میں ملا۔ اس کے بعد ان سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہو سکا۔ یہ صورتحال نہایت تشویشناک ہے اور اہل خانہ شدید اضطراب اور بے یقینی کی کیفیت میں ہیں۔ سکردو روڈ، خاص طور پر سسی سے آگے شنگس اور استک نالے تک کا علاقہ، ایک پہاڑی اور دشوار گزار راستہ ہے جہاں سڑک کئی مقامات پر دریائے سندھ کے بالکل ساتھ ساتھ چلتی ہے۔ اس سڑک کی حالت بعض جگہوں پر انتہائی خراب ہے، موڑ تنگ اور خطرناک ہیں، اور کئی مقامات پر حفاظتی ریلنگ بھی موجود نہیں۔ بعض جگہوں پر سڑک دریا سے سو سے تین سو فٹ تک بلند ہے، اور اگر کوئی گاڑی حادثاتی طور پر نیچے جا گرے تو بچاؤ کے امکانات نہایت کم ہو جاتے ہیں۔ دریائے سندھ کا بہاؤ بھی ان علاقوں میں شدید اور پانی گہرا ہوتا ہے، جس سے کسی بھی ممکنہ حادثے کا پتہ لگانا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے۔

تاہم دل سے یہ دعا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ایسا کوئی حادثہ نہ ہونے دے اور یہ نوجوان مکمل خیریت اور حفاظت کے ساتھ کہیں موجود ہوں۔ پوسٹ لکھنے کا مقصد ہر پہلو کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے مکمل اور سنجیدہ سرچ آپریشن کی درخواست کرنا ہے نہ کہ کسی ایک امکان کو یقینی قرار دینا۔ ہم حکومت گلگت بلتستان، مقامی انتظامیہ، ریسکیو اداروں، فوج اور تمام متعلقہ اداروں سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ سسی سے استک نالے تک کے تمام خطرناک مقامات پر فوری سرچ آپریشن شروع کیا جائے اور تلاش کا دائرہ وسیع کیا جائے تاکہ ہر ممکنہ جگہ کو چیک کیا جا سکے۔
