We have experienced this thing fifth time but we forgive as we have attached all the images as an evidence here. When this customer order for the first time on our website she have recieved and then she ordered threes times. Second time she refused the order and send that back to us. Third time again she refused to recieve the order and send us back any other brand article which we forgive. If anyone need to exchange you can do touch us we will do exchange your parcel even we have mentioned on our website about exchange and even refund policy. This time this customer again do order and in refusal of the order she send us something that we can’t produce.
We are sharing our this experience with everyone that not every brand is doing wrong. So please do aware of this number or name.
As this is too much that she did this again and again and we give her all contact details on our social media. This is not any good thing to do
