People think manufacturing starts with fabric. It doesn’t. It starts with the design. Before anything gets cut…before stitching even begins… the whole product has to be planned out first. Fit, Placement, Structure, Every small detail gets decided here first. Because one wrong step early? It affects everything later.
After that, sourcing and cutting of the fabric start according to the fit. Then the patches are placed onto the fabric using utensils. And this is the stage where the product finally starts looking real.
Next step is stitching. The garment slowly comes together piece by piece. But it’s still not finished.
Because this next part is where cheap products usually get exposed. Loose threads still need cleaning. So, we do that. Finishing still needs checking. We check that.
Everything still gets pressed for the final look.
