The second day of the 3-Day Technical Archery Coaching & Training Course concluded successfully with an intensive focus on advanced archery techniques, technical skills, shooting form, and practical coaching.
President Punjab Archery Association, Malik Imran Ali Liaqat, visited the venue and addressed the participants, sharing valuable guidance and encouraging the archers and coaches to continue their efforts for the promotion and development of archery.
He further said that, InshaAllah, Punjab Archery Association will soon organize competitions and training sessions, inviting archers from other provinces, especially Balochistan, as well as international teams, to promote greater participation, exchange of expertise, and the development of archery at both national and international levels.

Day 1 – Technical Archery Coaching Course 🏹

Day 1 of the 3-Day Technical Archery Coaching & Training Course was successfully completed. The session focused on building a strong technical foundation and helping participants understand the fundamentals of proper archery form and shooting technique.

Key activities covered:

* Introduction of Participants: Coaches and archers introduced themselves and shared their experience, background, and expectations from the course.
* Basics of Archery: Introduction to fundamental principles, shooting sequence, safety, equipment awareness, and the importance of consistency.
* Warm-up & Stretching: Practical warm-up and stretching exercises designed to prepare the body, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of injury.
* Stance: Understanding the correct foot position, body alignment, balance, and stable posture before drawing the bow.
* Hook: Proper finger placement on the bowstring, maintaining a consistent hook, and understanding its role in a controlled release.
