You know they say fear is just an illusion ? Its true. Tried a deep paused squat on 140kg today. Made my self believe that their are no demons on other side of the depth and you know what its actually true. And tbh the rep was easier than i thought Alhamdulillah. ☝🏻

I am usually getting a question that whether training at home with minimum equipments works ? Can we still make gains ?
The answer is YES. Your body never knows how much weight it is lifting or what kinda machine it is training with. Your body only understands the tension it is being put under. If you can maintain the same tension on your muscles as you use to do in gym you can still make gains.

I think I may still be making gains in this quarantine. 😍 Yayyy. And you ll be surprised to see how much little equipiment I have. Just an 8kg dumbbell pair and completely broken resistance band. It has never been about the fancy or more equipment you train with. Its always about how bad do you want and you will find your way in the middle of an empty desert 🏜️too.

Its been a while since i posted anything 🤔. But i have enough time to start posting again xD. Btw how is your all quarantine going ? Tbh i was really frustrated in the start but i am actually enjoying it now as i am still making gains and training in a way i never thought i would. I have done so many push ups in these past few days than i have ever done in my entire life 🤣.
