My name is Brig Hamid Mahmood Retd and I along with Maj Fakhar Javed Retd launched ISSB School of Excellence in September 2008. The primary aim is to help students get commission in Pakistan Forces by coaching them. To achieve this, we have experienced and qualified Ex ISSB Selectors including myself. We have specifically designed courses in accordance with the accurate pattern of tests conducted
in the Initial Tests and ISSB. I carry out personality tests with detailed focus on every individual & take their interviews, judging their potential and highlighting their weak areas for improvement. I along with my team supervise and conduct Group Discussion, Lecturette, Military Planning, Outdoor Tasks and Obstacles. In our academy, students undergo all the steps that are involved in selection process at ISSB, which yields higher success rates. Written tests are conducted in the same manner as students would experience during their Initial Test. We boost our student’s confidence to have a firm control over their nerves in the actual test environment.
