HOW TO BENCH PRESS MORE EFFICIENTLY-
Here is a quick tip to increase your bench press. May be not increase but will help you bench your current weight more efficiently.
It all starts with your GRIP. Chose a grip where your thumb surrounds the bar and helps you lock the bar in your hands. First of all this grip is much safe because there are less chances of weight slipping out of your hand and causing an accident you may never want to happen.
Secondly I want you to squeeze the bar. Squeeze the bar as hard as possible before the lift off and keep it squeezing hard throught out the set. I know this sounds foolish tip but trust me its a pro tip.
Ill tell you what happens. When you squeeze the bar harder you activate your forearms and arms much more than you are gonna do normally. That means you are gonna have assitance of more muscles that are gonna help you perform the movement. The more the muscles are involved the easier the movement gets and the more you are gonna bench. And if you are squeezing the bar harder the weight is not gonna feel as heavy as it actually is and that is also gonna enhance your confidence. And confidence is the key fam if you are convinced in your mind that you can do it than you will be able to do it. I gurrantee that. There is much more to doing the bench press efficently. But one step at a time. SO NEXT TIME YOU BENCH DON'T FORGET TO SQUEEZE.
