I'm excited to announce that we've upgraded our gym with some fantastic new equipment (For Ladies), to be delivered in a day or two to use:

- Rope (9 meters)
- Triceps Rope
- Curling Rod
- Bicep Rod
- Hurdles
- Ab Pro King Bench
- Dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 12kg
- Hand grip
- Soft pull
- Medicine Balls from 1kg to 8kg
- Grip ball
- Toning tube
- Expander set
- Chest expander

Additionally, I wanted to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the recent treadmill outages. They are now fully functional, thanks to the .

We haven't stopped there; a comprehensive round of cleaning and hygiene enhancements is underway to ensure our gym remains a beacon of well-being.

Looking ahead, there's even more to be excited about! We are developing a mobile app to streamline your fitness journey, and we'll be introducing a state-of-the-art touch entry system, among other technological advancements.
