Appreciation is all about recognising someone’s effort and being thankful for it. It is the most easiest way not only to motivate a person but also connect with them.

Sometimes, people go beyond their capabilities to do things for others. They don’t give or help for a return but it does give them an inner satisfaction. When they get appreciated, it becomes a motivation for them to keep going. Most of the people fail to recognise each other’s efforts. When a person goes over and beyond to do something for someone and in the end their efforts get ignored, it discourages them a lot. They no longer feel like doing it because they feel their efforts are worthless.

Always appreciate every little effort. If someone is doing even little for you, it means they do feel for you. You do not want their feelings to diminish but only grow.
