In this video, I explain the key points of a proper serve + volley approach:

Alhamdulillah, we won the Mixed Doubles title together with my student and partner, Saba Choudrey. 🤝🔥

When the ball is coming from the front, many players stay standing straight and face the ball directly. Instead, you should turn your body sideways as early as possible and prepare your racket and body for the smash.

This sideways preparation helps you:

🎾 Use your body rotation effectively
🎾 Improve control, balance, and timing
