Hike towards Meranjani.

Meranjani is the highest hill of Galiyat at 9816feet above sea level approximately. Two treks to the Meranjani Hill Top starts from the same point in Nathia Gali near down and the below famous Governor House, one of the beautiful English rule establishments in Galiyat. One trek takes you in semi-circle around Meranjani slowly ascending towards the top through a hill village Namlimera, displaying the style of a hill village culture. This is a very easy and safe trek for families venturing to the top, however it takes a little longer time.

The second takes you spirally up through the low ascending hills in the forest towards the top. This trek is little hard as you gain height at every step and almost at the angle of 60 to 65 degrees near the top as you start the last stretch of the trek.

The Margalla Hills are the continuation of the Himalayan mountain range. The soil on the hill is fertile and completely covered with green trees, herbaceous plants and rocks. The forest on the hills is the natural habitat for a variety of animals and birds. The forestry department of Pakistan and the authorities has tried their level best to revive tourism in this area. Every year, many private clubs along with the authorities conduct a hiking excursion to fetch up the importance of the Margalla Hills among all age groups. The authorities have made possible for people to visit the forest, roam about safely, and explore the natural resort. For people who wants to experience hiking and overnight camping can come here as it is the safest place for the purpose.

Snow hike from Ayubia to Mushkpuri top.

Mushkpuri is the second highest hill of Galyat.There is a three hour long but safe hill trek to the top. It is approximately 9452 feet (2,800 meters) above sea level.From the trek Mushkpuri to Dungagali down below there is a great sight of Ayubia National Park. There is a water pond at the Mushkpuri top which gives beautiful reflection of trees and the sky. From Mushkpuri top Kashmir valley can also be seen.

Mukshpuri is a 2,800-metre-high (9,200 ft) mountain in the Nathiagali Hills, in the Abbottabad District of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northern Pakistan. It is 90 kilometres (56 mi) north of Islamabad, just above Dunga Gali in the Nathiagali area of Ayubia National Park. Much of it the mountain is covered with Western Himalayan subalpine conifer forests.
