Suhoor which is served before dawn, should be a hearty, healthy meal to provide needed energy throughout a day of fasting.

It gives you strength and It’s the body’s primary source of energy during a Ramadan day, especially if the meal is rich in slowly absorbed carbohydrates.
Suhoor makes fasting easier and tolerable.

The meal should contain all the nutrients needed by the body (proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals) and have easily digestible foods so that it doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort.

Avoid salty foods such as pickles, salted nuts.

Also avoid ‘heavy’ desserts fatty and fried foods, and spicy foods, which increase thirst.

You probably know B complex. B12 is one of the eight B vitamins. It’s role is to keep our bodies healthy, youthful and in tip top condition.

Despite the smallest requirement, B12 is used by every cell in the body – from your DNA to how happy you feel. And of course, it also helps maintains the hair colour and promotes hair growth.
Why Lack of B12 Causes Hair loss and Greying
A new hair grows when the hair cells divide and multiply, pushing the hair out and above the skin surface. You can imagine building hair with a Lego, only thing is that you are building from below.

When the levels of B12 are low, the hair cells can’t divide as efficiently. This causes the hair growth to slow down a lot or in few cases even stop completely

lack of B12 affects the overall health, and if you are poorly your hair will not thrive, it will suffer too.

The good news is that once Vitamin B 12 levels are restored, hair cells will be able to grow and replicate properly. And your lost hair will come back in a few months time.

Excessive androgen secretion appears to be responsible for most PCOS symptoms. Most will experience one or more of the following symptoms:

Irregular or absence of menstrual periods
Excess body or facial hair, indicative of increased androgen levels
Cysts on one or both ovaries
Uncontrollable weight gain
Infertility
Sleep apnoea
Insulin resistance and associated metabolic problems.

Treatment :
Low carb diet

Working out vigorously for 2-3 hours every day, while eating very few calories, will do you no help. Instead, learn to exercise correctly for PCOS weight loss. You want to match your exercise levels to your basal metabolic rate or resting energy expenditure. If you have been exercising and still holding on to weight, try cutting back. Good old low-intensity cardio DOES work; don’t disregard it for the more popular HIIT. HIIT is best only in moderation. Make sure to include weight training exercises into your routine; twice a week is a good start. And aim for 45-60 minutes of exercise a day.
