Certificate Distribution Ceremony held at Pakistan Olympic House

Lahore, Pakistan – A dignified certificate distribution ceremony was held today at the Pakistan Olympic House to honor the young athletes who represented Pakistan at the World School Games 2024 in Bahrain. The certificates, awarded by the International School Sport Federation (ISF), were formally presented to the students during the event.

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Arif Saeed, President of the Pakistan Olympic Association, as the Chief Guest, accompanied by Mr. Khalid Mahmood, Secretary of the Pakistan Olympic Association.

From the Pakistan School Sports Federation’s side, Senator Bushra Anjum Butt, Chairperson, and Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Khan Leghari, President of the Federation, attended the event.

The young athletes were recognized for their commitment and efforts in representing Pakistan at the international stage. The Chief Guest, Mr. Arif Saeed, highly encouraged and motivated the students to keep striving for excellence.

In her remarks, Senator Bushra Anjum Butt announced that in the future, school athletes qualifying for international competitions will be fully sponsored with the support of the Government, ensuring the promotion of school sports in Pakistan.

The ceremony concluded with encouragement, motivation, and a strong commitment to provide greater opportunities for the youth in sports.

پاکستان اولمپک ہاؤس میں سرٹیفکیٹ ڈسٹری بیوشن تقریب کا انعقاد

لاہور (پاکستان) – آج پاکستان اولمپک ہاؤس میں ایک پروقار تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں اُن بچوں کو سرٹیفکیٹ دیے گئے جنہوں نے ورلڈ اسکول گیمز 2024 بحرین میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کی۔ یہ سرٹیفکیٹس انٹرنیشنل اسکول اسپورٹ فیڈریشن (ISF) کی جانب سے دیے گئے تھے۔

تقریب کے مہمانِ خصوصی جناب عارف سعید، صدر پاکستان اولمپک ایسوسی ایشن تھے جبکہ ان کے ساتھ جناب خالد محمود، سیکرٹری پاکستان اولمپک ایسوسی ایشن بھی موجود تھے۔

پاکستان سکول اسپورٹس فیڈریشن کی جانب سے چیئرپرسن سینیٹر بشریٰ انجم بٹ اور صدر پ پاکستان سکول اسپورٹس فیڈریشن جناب محمد احمد خان لغاری ممبر پنجاب اسمبلی نے تقریب میں شرکت کی۔

پاکستان کی نمائندگی کرنے والے بچوں کو ان کی محنت اور کارکردگی پر خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا گیا۔ مہمانِ خصوصی جناب عارف سعید نے بچوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی اور اُنہیں مزید محنت کرنے کی تلقین کی۔

اپنے خطاب میں سینیٹر بشریٰ انجم بٹ نے کہا کہ آئندہ جو بھی طلبہ بین الاقوامی سطح پر شرکت کریں گے انہیں حکومت کی جانب سے مکمل اسپانسرشپ فراہم کی جائے گی اور اسکول اسپورٹس کو پاکستان میں فروغ دیا جائے گا۔

تقریب کا اختتام حوصلہ افزائی اور نوجوان کھلاڑیوں کے بہتر مستقبل کے عزم کے ساتھ ہوا۔

It is hereby notified that Mr. Muhammad Rehman Bhinder, a renowned footballer of Pakistan and the guiding force behind the Punjab Football Academy, has been appointed as the Director, Football & Futsal of the Pakistan School Sports Federation with immediate effect.

It is expected that Mr. Bhinder will play a prominent role in the promotion and development of football and futsal at the school level, and will work with full dedication for the growth and progress of the Pakistan School Sports Federation.

پاکستان سکول سپورٹس فیڈریشن کی پہلی الیکٹو جنرل کونسل میٹنگ

آج پاکستان سکول سپورٹس فیڈریشن کی پہلی الیکٹو جنرل کونسل میٹنگ کا انعقاد اولمپک ہاؤس لاہور میں کیا گیا۔ اس تاریخی اجلاس میں پورے پاکستان سے نمائندگان نے شرکت کی، جن میں چاروں صوبوں کے علاوہ گلگت بلتستان، آزاد کشمیر اور اسلام آباد کے نمائندے بھی شامل تھے۔

اجلاس کے دوران باہمی مشاورت اور ووٹنگ کے ذریعے 22 رکنی کابینہ کا انتخاب عمل میں آیا، جس کے عہدیداران درج ذیل ہیں:
• چیئرپرسن: سینیٹر محترمہ بشریٰ انجم بٹ

• صدر (President): جناب سردار محمد احمد خان لغاری ممبر پنجاب اسمبلی

• جنرل سیکرٹری: عرفان علی رانا
• ٹریژرر (Treasurer): جناب شفاقت علی بلا
• سینئر نائب صدر: جناب شہریار عباس بلوچ

یہ نئی منتخب شدہ کابینہ اس عزم کے ساتھ سامنے آئی ہے کہ وہ پاکستان میں اسکول اسپورٹس کی بہتری اور پروموشن کے لیے دن رات کام کرے گی۔ ان کا مقصد نہ صرف شہروں بلکہ گاؤں، دیہات اور دور دراز کے سرکاری و نجی اسکولوں کے ان باصلاحیت بچوں تک کھیلوں کے مواقع پہنچانا ہے جنہیں آج تک کسی پلیٹ فارم پر اپنی صلاحیتیں دکھانے کا موقع نہیں ملا۔

کابینہ کے تمام اراکین نے اس بات کا عہد کیا ہے کہ وہ گراس روٹ لیول سے کھیلوں کے فروغ کے لیے عملی اقدامات کریں گے اور ان باصلاحیت نوجوانوں کو نہ صرف ملکی بلکہ بین الاقوامی مقابلوں میں بھی شرکت کے مواقع فراہم کریں گے۔
