Was founded in 2016 by husband and wife pair, Omar Farooq and Mehreen Farooq. Their inspiration to start the company was to inspire people of all walks of life to adopt a positive and productive attitude to life. Mehreen Farooq:
Mehreen recently returned to Pakistan after completing her theatre education from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. After a successful career in Theatre in Singapore, London and Lahore, Mehreen has now joined hands with Omar to branch out into corporate training. With her theatre background she is adequately equipped with necessary problem solving skills, which she has used in designing team building and ensemble programs. Along with her theatre experience, she has been working in Public Speaking and Debates since the age of eighteen making motivational speaking and team building her forte. Omar Farooq:
Omar has been a musician since the age of 9 and has been acting since an early age. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Economics from London Guildhall University, he worked as a director in ARY Digital where he launched a morning show with Marina Khan. Shortly after, he joined Geo Tv as a news anchor. Here he was able to fine-tune his listening, communication and presentation skills, alongside an ability to keep calm under high stress situations while in front of the camera. He left Geo in 2008 in search of greater calm and positivity after the grueling intensity of the newsroom. This led him to extensively research the power of perception in shaping one’s life and how to improve the quality of human relationships through empathy and trust. His research led him to understand the organizational structure of bee colonies, which inspired him to open O’s Organic Honey in 2010, which has now grown into a flourishing yet exclusive brand with a loyal customer base. In 2012 he took his passion for music further and opened Vinyl Studios, a fully-fledged audio production house that produces background scores and voice-overs for major TVC’s and radio adds. Vision:

This section is to give a brief idea of how the company works. Together with the client we create a tailor-made programme to suit each of their needs. Every programme is thoroughly thought through to give each client sustainable solutions to their respective HR problems. Our goal is to develop a long- term relationship with with the company for us to ensure that we can guarantee sustainable results and see a visible change in participants and how they apply acquired concepts to their daily lives.
1. Comprehensive research on the Client
• This step involves us doing extensive research in to the company through multiple
conversations with the company’s representatives.
• This will enable us to form a comprehensive understanding so we can better
address the problems they face and provide long lasting results.
2. Highlighting and identifying key issues
• With the help of the client, we will identify a number of key issues that we will
tackle through our programmes.
• The Client is pivotal in providing us with the information we need.
3. Design a programme for the specific needs of the client
• Based on our research the programmes will have a logical flow of thought and are
designed to rally participants around a common vision while tackling individual
issues with respect to desired outcomes.
• These are hands-on trainings that aim to bring participants to points of self
realisation and greater self awareness that should be sustainable in the daily
operations of the company.
• The programme is then passed back and forth between us and the client until it is finalised.
4. Ex*****on of Programme
• The programme is then executed on the target group with the help of our team of
facilitators.
5. Post Programme Reflections
• After a successful programme, the participants will be given a reflection form that
they will be asked to fill out.
• This reflection will serve as feedback to us to determine how effective and
successful the programme was and what they acquired from it.
6. Event Report
• From our experience of the event and with the aid of reflections, we will provide
the client with an event report which will include a breakdown of each activity and its success. This will enable us to fine tune our next programme with the company.
