Prolific ODI career, faded away.

Best wishes for the future endeavors.

As people want Amir back for the upcoming ODI season but not Shinwari L. Both Left Arm Medium Pacers Played Their Last ODI Match in October 2019 against SL in Karachi.

likely nowhere near the national T20 radar.

It really highlights the sheer depth and competition in the Indian cricket system. You could have a player with impressive numbers, but the bar is so incredibly high. And for PCT one or two good innings shouldn't guarantee a national team spot. Pakistan must establish firmer selection standards to avoid high-level failures.

Still I hope, Abdul Samad can grab the opportunity and do wonders for 🇵🇰 in near future.

The PCB has withdrawn Khushdil Shah and Aamer Jamal from the Bangladesh Premier League to include them in Pakistan's ODI squad for the Tri-Series. Despite being a superior bowler and having better List A batting stats, Mohammad Wasim Jr. remains overlooked.

Is Naseem Shah Overrated in T20Is?

When analyzing stats, a compelling argument emerges:

Clearly, Abbas Afridi has outperformed both Wasim Jr. and Naseem Shah in terms of average, wkts/match and economy making a strong case for his inclusion. With Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi locked in as the leading pacers, Naseem Shah's position in the T20I squad seems increasingly under scrutiny.
