PS. Also felt super good about myself today. I used to not be so confident about my looks when I was younger; I’m much more confident and comfortable now. And today I legit felt like an 11/10 🥹 which is super rare of me to Alhamdullilah ♾️ for that

Travelling back and forth recently
It’s easy to fall off track with your calories which is completely fine
One thing I don’t compromise on ever regardless of the situation is my protein intake
If my goal is 160g, I try to make sure I’m atleast getting around 120g in off season( i.e travelling). protein bars are a easy way to hit this protein target with 15g protein in each bar
Don’t have to be in Karachi for this, they recently started nationwide delivery
Best part is they use healthy and preservative free ingredients; which makes sense considering the 30 day expiry

Unexpected support is the best kind of support
I’ve talked about it enough and everyone around me knows at this point about how overwhelmed I’ve been feeling lately with all the constant and consistent blessings I’ve been receiving lately
First post from the meet for these two
Tahira went out of her way to come support me… I said like what 30 seconds of motivation to her on her meet day and I get more than 50 first bumps, all the validation and encouragement in the world in return, and support that I can’t type in words????
Neha who came on time for the meet just for me, got me milk/would have gotten me anything I would have asked for (and picked me too 💀💀) , stayed and went out of her way to give me all the affirmation in the world and tell me it’s okay to mess up. Through her own meet success MA and all the things she learned she tried for me to learn in the span of the few minutes I had before my next lift
And so much more
Neither of these women I had any such expectations from and neither of them were obligated to go out of their way to be there for me
Yet they came into my life for that significant phase of time and gave me so love and positivity that only my shift in attitude for the rest of the meet can show just how much it impacted me
Thank you thank you THANK YOU for everything you both did
I love you guys forever for just this and I’ll never forget it
God helps us in mysterious and unpredictable ways
You both are a testament to that statement in my life
