کوہاٹ اسپورٹس کمپلیکس: امتحان سے پہلے “سیکیورٹی فیس” یا نیا بزنس ماڈل؟

کوہاٹ اسپورٹس کمپلیکس میں روزگار کے متلاشی امیدواروں کے لیے ایک نیا “پری-ایگزام چارج” متعارف کرایا گیا ہے۔ داخلے سے پہلے موبائل ساتھ ہو تو 50 روپے، اور اگر بیگ بھی ہو تو فیس سیدھی 100 روپے تک پہنچ جاتی ہے۔

دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ یہ فیس کسی آفیشل نوٹیفکیشن میں نہیں، بلکہ “عملی نظام” میں نافذ ہے۔ یعنی کاغذ پر کچھ نہیں، مگر گیٹ پر سب کچھ ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق امتحان دینے آنے والے زیادہ تر امیدوار بیروزگار ہیں، مگر ان کے لیے سب سے پہلا امتحان روزگار کا نہیں، بلکہ “چارج کاؤنٹر” کا ہوتا ہے۔ موبائل اور بیگ جمع کرانے کے بعد جو رسید ملے یا نہ ملے، پیسے ضرور نکل جاتے ہیں۔

کمپلیکس کے ملازمین اس عمل کو “سیکیورٹی کلیکشن” کہتے ہیں، جبکہ امیدوار اسے “جبری تعاون فیس” سمجھتے ہیں۔ اندر داخل ہونے سے پہلے جیب ہلکی اور امید بھاری کر دی جاتی ہے۔

اصل سوال یہ ہے کہ یہ پیسے کس مد میں جمع ہو رہے ہیں؟ سیکیورٹی، انتظامی اخراجات یا پھر صرف روایت؟

ابھی تک اس پر کوئی واضح پالیسی سامنے نہیں آئی، لیکن ایک چیز واضح ہے: امتحان شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہی امیدواروں کا پہلا پیپر “گیٹ فیس” کا ہوتا ہے، اور اس میں پاس ہونا لازمی ہے۔

At the IFRP center established at the Kohat Sports Complex for refugee documentation and repatriation processing, several Afghan refugees allegedly attacked two NADRA officers, according to preliminary reports. The motive behind the incident has not yet been confirmed.

Sources stated that the injured NADRA employees were shifted to a hospital after sustaining injuries during the alleged assault. Police reportedly arrested two Afghan nationals at the scene, while two other suspects managed to flee.

Available reports further claim that the accused individuals also attempted to attack a security guard deployed at the sports complex. Law enforcement authorities have initiated legal proceedings, including action under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act.

Sources further claimed that some circulating reports on social media and other media platforms regarding the incident are incorrect and do not reflect the complete facts. According to eyewitness accounts, firing can reportedly be heard in a video of the incident, allegedly carried out by police personnel to disperse and distract the crowd at the scene.

Clarification on Kohat Hockey Turf Usage

Recent allegations regarding the “misuse” of Kohat’s hockey turf are incorrect. The facility has not been damaged nor used irresponsibly.

Schoolchildren are allowed on the turf only when all other grounds are occupied, and even then, only with soft shoes, which do not harm the synthetic surface in any way. No studs, spikes, or equipment that could damage the turf are permitted.

The hockey turf remains fully available for hockey players, and its condition is regularly monitored. Limited, harmless use during peak hours does not affect the facility’s lifespan or purpose.

The department remains committed to protecting this valuable public investment and ensuring it continues to serve athletes and the community responsibly.
